Airbnb is once again employing artificial intelligence to prevent party house rentals during this Halloween weekend.
The company’s AI technology assesses hundreds of factors that could signify a heightened risk for disruptive gatherings. These factors include the duration of the stay and whether the reservation is made at the last minute.
This system is operational throughout the United States and Canada.
Last Halloween, Airbnb reported that 5,200 individuals in Pennsylvania were prevented from booking a house, with 2,400 of those in Philadelphia.
