On Saturday night, a man was taken into custody on suspicion of DUI following a collision in Philadelphia where he lost control of a tow truck, crashing into ten parked cars.
The incident, captured by a ring camera, revealed the truck driver’s loss of control as he collided with the parked vehicles. The accident occurred shortly before 9 p.m. on East Clearfield Street near Mercer Street in the Port Richmond neighborhood.
The man, driving a Ford, was apprehended on suspicion of DUI after the collision and subsequently transported to Temple University Hospital for medical treatment. Fortunately, he is reported to be in stable condition according to officers.
While the suspect’s positive identification remains pending, he awaits charges related to the incident. Importantly, there were no other injuries reported as a result of this incident.
