The annual Philadelphia Jewish Film and Media Fall Fest, running from November 11th to 18th, promises an enchanting week of Jewish storytelling from around the globe. With eight new films spanning documentaries, international features, and beloved classics, this festival is a cinematic treat for all.

While most screenings will take place at the Weitzman National Museum of American Jewish History in Philadelphia, select Main Line theaters, including Kaiserman JCC in Wynnewood, Bryn Mawr Film Institute, and Ambler Theater, will also host screenings.

Don’t miss the special anniversary screening of “The Rugrats Movie” on November 12 at Kaiserman JCC, a pioneering animated film featuring Jewish characters. For a more intimate look into the life of iconic actor Gene Wilder, head to Bryn Mawr Film Institute on November 14 for “Remembering Gene Wilder,” featuring interviews with close friends like Mel Brooks and Carol Kane.

The Ambler Theater presents “Rabbi on the Block” on November 16, a powerful documentary recounting the journey of Tamar Manasseh, a black rabbinical student and founder of Mothers/Men Against Senseless Killings. Join us for a week of powerful storytelling and cinematic magic.
