PHILADELPHIA WEATHER

Next week, Philadelphia commuters should anticipate lane closures on several key roadways. These closures are scheduled as follows:

Beginning on Monday, October 2, and lasting through Wednesday, October 4, a lane closure will affect Castor Avenue, running between Richmond Street and U.S. 1 (Roosevelt Boulevard). This closure is scheduled to take place during nighttime hours, from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.

In addition, there will be a lane closure on the eastbound I-76 ramp leading to Passyunk Avenue. This closure is necessary for line striping and pavement marking installation and will occur from Monday, October 2, to Wednesday, October 4. The closure hours are from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following morning.

Another lane closure is scheduled on the Passyunk Avenue ramp connecting to westbound I-76. Like the previous closure, this one is also for line striping and pavement marking installation and will take place from Monday, October 2, to Wednesday, October 4. The closure hours for this ramp are between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning.

These lane closures are essential for maintenance and safety improvements, so travelers are advised to plan their routes accordingly to minimize disruptions.
