Four prominent Israeli restaurants in Philadelphia, including Zahav, will donate 100% of their Thursday sales to Friends of United Hatzalah, a charity providing free medical services in Israel after the recent terrorist attacks by Hamas.

The fundraising initiative, announced by CookNSolo group owners Michael Solomonov and Steve Cook, extends to Laser Wolf, K’Far, and five Goldie locations in the city. Friends of United Hatzalah, a civilian-led organization with over 6,500 volunteers, offers medical assistance in emergency situations across Israel.

Michael Solomonov, dedicated to Israeli cuisine after his brother’s service in the Israeli Defense Forces, encouraged participation in the campaign. Solomonov’s acclaimed Zahav restaurant, known for its traditional Israeli cuisine, will join the effort. The recent attacks have resulted in significant casualties, prompting these Philadelphia establishments to contribute to essential medical aid in Israel.
