U.S. Marshals apprehended Senaaj Jackson, the alleged shooter in the tragic death of 21-year-old Masir Williams, a Philadelphia Streets Department worker. 

Williams was fatally shot on September 7 in South Philadelphia. Jackson, 22, was located by the Marshals at a family member’s residence around 6:30 a.m. and taken into custody. 

Further details regarding Jackson’s arrest and charges remain undisclosed.
